What Matters In This Moment?

We live in a state of what has been called “continuous partial attention.” If we’re not careful, our attention is under fire from the moment we wake up until the moment we go to sleep–largely thanks to these wonderful “smart” phones that are with us all the time.

When your attention is pulled in so many directions–all the time–it’s hard to know what you really need to pay attention to. After acknowledging that this moment matters, then the question is: what matters in this moment?
